I did the math using 66430.3 g/mol and it gives me 9.96g of BSA in 1 mL of water. This is not going to dissolve. I have looked at other papers and they use this concentration but they do not explain how they actually made the solution. Usually it is written as mg/mL or something like that because it is a protein but that would again need the molecular weight which gives 9964.5 mg/mL which is still an unusable number.
