How do you isolate bone marrow stromal cells such as adipocytes?

We have an adipoqCreER rosa26Tdtomato mouse that we can see the adipocytes under flurescence microscopy but we need to isolate these tomato+ cells so that we can analyze or sort them for qPCR etc. by FACS.
