How do you determine the limit of detection of a plaque assay?

Hi, I'm currently doing plaque assays for dengue and I'm not too sure on how I could calculate the limit of detection for the assay. For reference, I'm serially diluting (ten-fold) the virus six times (to 10^-6) and then adding 100ul of each dilution for the plaque assay.
