As far as protein motif and domain family resources such as Pfam, SMART, etc are concerned, the ANK repeat is just another motif/domain. So if you go to InterProScan e.g., a meta-resource that uses and displays the information from about 10 other such resources, or to e.g. Pfam itself, it should detect the ANK repeats if they are present.
