I am currently analyzing lactic acid bacteria using an automated RiboPrinter. Discrimination using the supplied hybridization probe isn't sufficient for our needs, so I am trying to create a single composite fingerprint from the fingerprints generated from a few different enzymes to create a unique pattern for each isolate. I am having difficulty using the software to create composites, and find several references in literature using it for such a purpose. The tutorials and references available are not from the current version of Bionumerics, even those posted on the Applied Maths website. Thank you!
