I know that we can import image sequence (images taken at different times of cell migration) and convert it into video files. However, this only works for one type of image sequence, such as phase contrast images of cell migration. How do you combine two different channels in same cell migration video?

I think "Merge channels" is the option you're looking for. Firstly, both channels need to be separated ("Split channels"), and LUTs need to be applied where needed, in order to be able to visualize them in different colours. Afterwards, channels should be merged. From a merged stack, you only need to save your final image sequence in a video format. Hope this helped
Maria is correct, however you don't need to apply LUTs in advance of using the "merge channels". A box will pop-up to give you the option of assigning each channel to a specific color. Once merged you will be able to "show/hide" the channels by using the "channels tool". You can also change the brightness and contrast of each channel by using the bottom slider to move through the channels.

Here is one of the many: I think, the keyboard shortcut "Shift-Z" (it will invoke the "Channels Tool") and the concept of "composite images" are your friends here, as they will give you much needed flexibility in making your video. Thanks to your answers! following your directions I made it with a small subset of my images. The thing is that my full time series has about 300 images per channel. I opened the 300 of the first channel to build the stack, and realized that when opening the last images my computer became overwhelmed. So, I suppose that after opening the 300 images of the other channel, and then trying to put both channel together, my computer will "explode", so I preferred to hold the try. Do you know if there is a special way to do this for such a high number of images? Have you tried to do something similar?
