There are things you can do to break the ice and make children feel more excited and comfortable about learning. Just spend 10 to 15 minutes trying to do some activities like snowball activity.
Ask students to write three things about themselves on paper. Then let them fall on paper to resemble the snowball. Let the students have a snowball fight for about one minute. Now everyone is holding one of the snowballs and must try to find the person who wrote them. Once they find their partner, they have to bring that person in front of the class and explain what they learned about their new friend with the three facts written on the piece of paper.
I start with a funny note/ incidence/ general remark which students will easily get connected .....to gather the attention of every one in the class room
Ask about absents, talk about up-to-date rumors, tell a little story, recite some interesting or funny poems, talk about recent events in the society....
Dear Mr. Mohanad Hazim ,We must be flexible in class, teach in a happy and stress-free atmosphere, in addition to funny and entertaining video shows, our students "are" our siblings. whatever the behavior of students in the class, respond with humor and smile, do not get used to violence! because that would be counterproductive. This is what I used to do from 1991 until now, sometimes doing studies in the open, in the middle of the park, full of excitement and enthusiasm. sometimes lecturers visit students' homes, to get used to their families. creating open and full of friendship communication.
