At what age did the student will be able to speak English?
In general, 4 years, but I think there is no specific age, this varies from child to other.
Best Regards Mohanad Hazim
This depends on the degree of exposure the student gets. The surrounding environment plays an important role in this matter. If the student lives among English speaking people, he will speak English in earlier time and the opposite is true.
