Often when you deliver a lecture on a topic that is on the sideline of your main specialty, but nonetheless within your capability, it may not necessarily go down well with the students. It is often a good idea to get feedback from them. However, many feedback tools do not necessarily capture the true picture. They may include objective, subjective or a mixture of criteria. In this case, how do you ensure the authenticity of the feedback so as to identify the insufficiencies required for your to improve? and how do you adress high sibjectivity?
