When i try to analyze the cell cycle in flow jo from a bd accuri c6 file i get an error. I followed the instructions in the tutorial in youtube.
I tried to increase the number of events but the error continues.
I can see the events and dot plots and histogram, so I think that the file is correctly exported, but i cannot analyze the cell cycle.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?
Hi Johanna Abigail Díaz Albuja, your analysing cell cycle in FL1 panel, generally is you used PI is in FL2 channel...I don't know what was your reactive.
Also, FlowJo offers a standard analytical model, but you can change it if your sample does not fit.
Yes Victor, in the screenshot I just changed to FL1 to test it did change the error message, but Flow Jo's automatic analysis did it in FL2 and the error message is the same
