The United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (and 169 targets) are quite rightly ambitious and all encompassing - but what do we know about how organisations are building into their practices, systems, policies, especially in relation to their learning and development activity?
These are the practices that during learning, can embed and develop relevant knowledge and skills related to sustainability.

But, what do we know about how we might go about integrating the 17 goals in training, coaching, or other learning and development activity?

The University of Kaiserslautern designed a MOOC on sustainability which is jointly organized by members from 7 faculties (urban and environmental planning, economics, electrical engineering, architecture, civil engineering, social sciences) in an interdisciplinary way.

Honestly speaking, I do not have data on what different organizations including NU are doing in implementing SDGs. I appreciate your efforts.
From my title knowledge on the issue of sustainability in relation to education, the problem comes up from the attitude we people have for our environment. Hence, to bring behavioral change of people at different age, we have to integrate education for the environment besides education about and in the environment in our training, curricula or course materials and in our teaching and learning process at large as the issues of sustainability lies on education for the environment,and almost all the SDGs are cross cutting and related to utilizing and caring for our natural resources except some such as quality education.
Generally, the root for sustainable development is environmental education:education about, in and for the environment. We focus on the first two and ignore that last one, education for the environment. To implement SDGs and bring practical change and improvement on the life of the peoples on the globe, let's integrate education for the environment practically.
Coaching and learning affect positively human development and knowledge transfer. Also, investment in human ressources affect development.
This is kind of a late response, but I'm currently working on designing programs that will help independent professionals (lawyers, coaches, accountants, doctors, and so on) to integrate SDGs into their business models.
As for coaches and therapists: SDG 3 has a ser of indicators on mental health and other related topics (suicide, family planning) and SDGs 5 and 10 are also relevant, since empowerment is key on equality. Also,
other SDGs have targets and indicators that are relevant: 4 (education on sustainability), 16 (peace and justice), and 17 (alliances) that can be enabled by coaches.
