Have any body experience of In Planta Tranformation of Brassica any report?

Currently we are using the petioles for transformation In-Vitro. I am interested if somehow we can manage to shift to In Planta transformation as it is an easy and cost effective process.

Have anyone work on role of EMS for drought induction in sugarcane? I need help as my callus induction is not satisfactory?

Callus did not regenerate properly. First callus appears brownish and then die. Is Casein necessary for callus induction? I am not using casein right now.

PAGE is taking too much time for complete Run. The marker size was 150 bp. It took me 7.30 hours. Voltage, Current and everything was fine. Problem?
