I wanted to calculate the activation energy of IgG from Tm and varying scan rates obtained from DSC. I have read some papers and they have used lumry erying model. But what I have known is that is for only two state models. I would appreciate if anyone would suggest the model or paper to obtain the activation energy from DSC results for IgG (IgG has more than one unfolding temperature).

Thank you Dr. Shandilya for your answer. I have been looking for the Arrhenius equation but there are different equations in different papers. Do you have a specific equation that you recommend?
I used several versions of Arrhenius equation during my research. My conclusion is that all different equations can be derived from one another. I wont be able to suggest any specific equation unless I know the context in which you will be using the equation.
So, we are doing DSC scans of IgG at different scan rates (1,1.25 and 1.5) and we have three transition temperatures, the first one would be reversible while the next two are irreversible. And now I need to calculate an activation energy for the same. I found a paper that could work for me but I'm having difficulty understanding all the terms in the equation.
