I prepared a sample which contains mixture of compounds and i got XRD pattern for the same but I need to calculate the percentage of composition of each compound through Rietveld refinement theoretically. Can someone suggest how to calculate the different compositions in a simple way?
I don't know if I well understood your question. To perform a Rietveld refinement you need the crystallographic models of the phases present in your pattern. Usually the CIF files are used. By inserting these cif files in the input file of Rietveld refinement the weight percentages of the phases are calculated automatically. There are many software disposable: FullProf, Maud..all of them are user friendly.
An alternative way to Rietveld refinement could be the Reference Intensity Ratio (RIR) method or the Whole-pattern fitting. I am currently using the RIR method, after preparing a good standard with corundum. In attachment you can find a very exhaustive paper about this methodology.

However there are also several methods of qualitative phase analysis if you want an estimate of the wt-% present and know what materials are in your sample:
