Hello Iam Javed Ali Khan Biostatistician. As far as your question is concerned there is a strong correlation between psychological biases, green projects and carbon neutrality. There should be through verification while loans are sanctioned for green projects. Preference should be given to sanction loans to the people who posses degree in agriculture and relevant fields and those who have worked in the projects of Plantation greenery and who have worked on anti pollution drives. By doing so there will be a sustainable impact on carbon neutrality.
