I am using epithelial, fibroblast and endothelial cells for my work following the standard cell culture procedures. However, I need to transport them for some other experimental work for at least an hour. How can I transport them without incubation or what changes shall i introduce in my standard culture protocols so that they can grow at atmospheric conditions?

There are two possible ways:
You could make use of the Cellbox incubator which is a live cell shipper, designed for the safe transport of live cell cultures. For more information about this product, you may want to refer to the link below.

OR
The culture may be shipped in T-25cm^2 tissue culture flask that is filled to capacity with carbon dioxide-equilibrated medium to provide sufficient nutrients for extended transport time. Upon receipt of the culture, the cell culture flask should be incubated unopened overnight at 37°C.
The next day, the culture may be split in a normal way as you usually do during subculturing, if sufficient growth has occurred or the medium volume has decreased.
