I'm looking to improve the workflow inside my laboratory. I would like to be able to transform RNA (extracted from patients samples, respiratory viruses, Hepatitis E and D). our current reaction is a RT-PCR that takes 45minutes.
I would like to improve the rapidity of my method with eventually a new Kit.
Does anyone has knowledge of a brand/kit that could suit my demand?

I'm not sure of understanding correctly your question, I suppose that you are asking only for the RT (RNA into cDNA) and not PCR too (two step RT-PCR). If it is the case, perhaps, what you need is the kit from Takara (PrimeScript RT Reagent Kit (Perfect Real Time)), with 15 min incubation:

After you can do fast Real time of around 30 min, for exemple with the SYBR green from ThermoFisher:

As you said i'm just looking for the step of the RT. We are doing Real-time PCR afterwards with Taqman Probes on Quantstudio.
