unfortunately I couldn't understand what you mean exactly but I think you need the synergists concentrations for synergism tests, you can find it in the papers, also, they should be used at doses not causing any mortality in the controls treated with the inhibitor alone! moreover for enzyme assays you need to measure your protein concentration and then do assays! if I misunderstood your question, please explain more!
