How do I Model the mixing of salt and water in Ansys Fluent?

I want to model mixing of table salt (Sodium chloride) with water using species model. How can I analyze diffusion of solid into liquid phase from the results of this model. Further, I need suggestion if any other model can better solve the purpose.
