Thanks, Rafik. But I think to assay Free Active TGFb2 in human serum, I have to skip the acid activation step, and use a kit that is sensitive enough (the Free Active TGFb2 in human serum may be less than 1% of tatal TGFB2). Did you have experience of using the kit for this kind of assay?
