I want to make nano particle of curcumin. I have curcumin 95% which is derived from turmeric. Please suggest me simple laboratory method to make nano particles.

Curcumin is hydrophobic in nature. The simplest approach to prepare nanoparticles would be to use "microemulsion" or "oil in water" strategy. However, the solubility of curcumin varies with different solvents, so you would have to keep a check on the molarity if you are targeting specific curcumin concentration. Lots of literature are already available on this. Good luck with your research!
Ultrasonication is another method you can try to synthesize nanocurcumin. Curcumin can be dissolved in a solvent system such as ethanol, and sprayed into boiling water at high speeds and high ultrasonication frequencies. To obtain solid nanoparticles, the solution can be lyophilized subsequently.
