How do I help my seven (7) weeks old son to grow to become intellectually astute ?

Thank for sharing this interesting question. I dont know the answer. Yet I think it requires much more than just an aptitude for science for someone to become intellectually astute. He could be the most intellectually astute person in the world through hardworking, but it's still his passion for science and people that will make him great and sustain him through the obstacles.
For now, give him/her proper food. at a later stage, expose the child to models of life (could be "appropriate" toys, numbers, interactive challenges and a good school)
When he is old enough, tell him suitable stories and read to him. When he is older give him suitable books to read.
My youngest, most academic son picked up the habit of reading from me. At a little over two he sat on a chair with book in hand browsing through the pages. Of course he couldn't read then, but the habit formed.

spent enough time with the child and find out how to play with him in such a way that he is stimulated. Give him enough stimulation by showing him pictures and games where there is stimulation and response
Read to the child everyday. Do this with passion and excitement. The child would naturally develop the desire for reading and learning. I agree with Dr. Stanley, our own example inspire our children the most. My father loved to research into every issue, try to solve domestic problems on his own before asking for assistance if it was beyond him. He got us onto such projects in most cases. I love the cultures and arts of people, I love to know how their historical beginnings were constructed and I love nature. My father inspired me to walk this path!

First of all, congratulations dear Dr. Anthony Baidoo !!!!!
As to me, the following points may be helpful
- First treat his mother (your beloved wife) properly; this will enables her more happy, motivates her more andl more for having a baby from you, contributes significantly for good breastfeeding (which is not easy dear).
- Second, participate in hygiene and give time for home activities
- Read several books that helps you on how to care your son and beloved wife nicely.
- Have a wonderful family time
Talk to him! Even though he may not be able to see clear yet, he can hear very well.
Talk to him, sing to him and listen to classical music with him!
The same question and problem that parents always think, and I am among them.
I thinks that good friends are very important to him at this stage of his life, help him to find good ones
He can help by loving him and letting him be. Supporting it and that with its orientation acquire the values of family and society; also that learn to learn while playing, so that finally it becomes a successful and self-realized adult, in the human work that you have chosen for your style and quality of life.
