Suppose, I have a peptide sequence, and I want to find out the corresponding nucleotide sequence of that peptide sequence. Is there any tool that finds this out?
If there is a uniprot entry for your protein, you can find a link at the bottom of the page that leads to the nucleotide accession number.
Hanna Alalam what is there is no uniprot entry to the protein?
What do you get when you blast your peptide?
