I am trying to simulate a synthetic jet with a virtual orifice, such that the piston has a sleeve inside it. I am trying to run fluent simulations which will simulate the flow. I am having trouble generating the surface correctly so that I can define the sleeve as a wall. The image below is all one sketch. The model will be 2D. I want to set the left boundary as an inlet and the middle right as the outlet with everything else as walls. I have generated a surface from the sketch but all I get in fluent is a square. I have tried to generate lines from sketches but it doesn't help. Can anyone help?
