Hi I'm curious to know what species of fish is the predator of Scyliorhinus canicula. Someone could help me? Do you know if are there some papers? Thanks in advance
There does not seem to be a lot of literature on this subject. One paper states that it is a top carnivorous predator, suggesting that it does not really get eaten, being at the top of the foodweb. A wild-life website provides anecdotal evidence that small-spotted catshark eggs are being predated upon by lobsters. Perhaps it is being predated upon as young but not overly much as an adult.

Dear Monique, thank you for your interesting technical question. Unfortunately I found no scientific paper to answer this question. Most research articles are concerened with what these fish feed on themselves. Please have a look at the potentially useful link cited below. It has a short note saying that "Larger fish including sharks are potential predators of the small-spotted catshark."
