I want to simulate three phase grid tied inverter and i need transfer function of three phase inverter so that i can find kp and ki parameters to control output of inverter using siso tool.
If you are considering the inverter an "Ideal inverter". Means you are not considering the internal inductance, resistance, and capacitance of the switches. Than you can just take the transfer function of the output filter, and find the suitable values of the compensator for stable response using Matlab.
Hi Sagar. It's up to which response criterion do you want to use developing your inverter. If you're interested, I can search on my clipboards about converter's Laplace's domain transfer functions.
I am trying to simulate three phase grid tied inverter using simulink and I know the basic block diagram of current controller and how it works. If I want to design inverter with current controller so how to find kp and ki values to make plant stable?
As per the context of your question, I assume you are talking about the conventional 6 switch IGBT/MOSFET based Three-Phase two level inverter devoid of any Low Pass Passive filter circuit (LC, RLC, LCL, etc.)
The transfer function roughly comes out to be K/(1+sT) where K is the gain and T is the delay time. You can drive it using the relationship between the Fundamental Line voltage Output and the input DC voltage.
