Hello,
I am working with two strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, one being an isogenic strain which has show to produce significant mucus.
I have cultured both strains on nutrient agar, however, the mucoid strain grows like it's progenitor, similar to wild type Ps. aeruginosa.
Is there possibility of reversion on the agar, after 24 hours of culture at 30oC? or may it require more incubation time?
Thanks!
