I want to experiment with X M PbSO4 (lead sulfate) which is dissolved in distilled water.
But It is impossible to make a X(X=1,2,3 etc) M PbSO4 with distilled water in reality.
Suggest to me about how to make a X M PbSO4

Ksp of PbSO4 is 1.6×10–8 at 25 oC. The maximum concentration of PbSO4 is 1.26×10–4 M at 25 oC.

Maybe you want to check if, for the intended goal, the considerably more soluble lead(II) bisulfate, Pb(HSO4)2, could substitute for lead(II) sulfate, PbSO4. The following paper may be found of some help: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/j100820a012?journalCode=jpchax

The solubility of PbSO4 is higher in dilute HCl or HNO3 (not H2SO4); it is soluble in NaOH, or ammonium acetate or tartrate aqueous solutions.
