We typically do 1:1:1:17 (DMSO:EtOH:Tween80:saline) ratio with our cannabinoids. Try the DMSO first then the ethanol then the tween, and thoroughly mix with the pipette after each addition. I've found adding the NaCl slowly at the end with continuous mixing, rather than all at once, prevents the crash out of the solution with certain compounds.
