I have some fungus extracts to test against tumor cells (B16, K562, Kasumi-1, KG1), the only information I have about them is the amount in mg (4.37mg). How do I dilute them in DMSO? and how do I make the final concentration only 0.1% DMSO? I intend to evaluate the concentrations of 300, 200, 100, 50, 25 [µg], how can I produce them from my stock solution? Or do you suggest other concentrations?

Since you have low amounts of fungal extracts, it would be difficult to get the dilution of the extracts down to 0.1% DMSO.
From the table, extract no.10 has the highest amount i.e., 8.9 mg. So, let us consider this extract.
Weigh 8mg of the extract no.10 and dissolve it in 1ml of 100% DMSO to give 8mg/ml (stock) in 100% DMSO.
Dilute stock 1:10 to give Solution A (800ug/ml) in 10% DMSO.
Dilute Solution A 1:2 to give Solution B (400ug/ml) in 5% DMSO.
Dilute Solution B 1:2 to give Solution C (200ug/ml) in 2.5% DMSO.
Dilute Solution C 1:2 to give Solution D (100ug/ml) in 1.25% DMSO.
So, with the amount of extract that you have (8.9mg) for extract no.10, you could go down up to 1.25% DMSO. Since most cell lines can tolerate 0.5% DMSO and some cells can tolerate up to 1% without severe cytotoxicity, I would suggest that you first try working with 100ug/ml, 50ug/ml, 25ug/ml, 12.5ug/ml and 6.25ug/ml of the fungal extract No10. However, primary cell cultures are far more sensitive and so they would require final DMSO concentration well below 0.1%.
As far as other fungal extracts in the table are concerned, the extract with the lowest amount i.e., 2.34mg (extract no.1) would give you a final DMSO concentration of 5% for 100ug/ml concentration of the extract.
So, it may be difficult to work with these fungal extracts in such low amounts if you are aiming for 0.1% DMSO final concentration.
