I tried to isolate endothelial cells from murine lungs with sorting method and I use antibody coated Dynabeads for the magnetic separation. As I plate my cells for culture in 24 well plates, the beads are attached with cells and they do not seem to dilute out completely even during the passage or media change. I want to know how I can recover pure endothelial cells.
