Is there a method to determine the MSI status of mouse cell lines? I saw that most assays (Eg: Bethesda panel) are used for either tumor of human clinical samples.

Apart from in depth sequencing could someone recommend some in vitro assays or primers I could use to check the MSI status? Or are there some genes related to MMR genes which I could check via qPCR to determine if they are MSI-H, MSI-L or MSS?
