For mimicking the human body conditions temperature (37 degree Celsius), physiological pH (7.4) with simulating body conditions such as (shaking conditions) are usually applying
Thanks Matt, i know it is the internal body temperature is 37 and the P.H is 7.4, but how do i set the blood and fluids i obtained from the hospital to these conditions?
Thanks Soumya, please can you expound on (shaking conditions)?
We are using incubators for maintaining body temperatures. Also shaking incubators are also available where we can set both temperature and shaking conditions.
If you are able to describe your experimental setup in more detail, it will help to give more detailed advice, but the simplest way would be to set up the entire apparatus within an incubator set to 37°C so that the temperature can be kept constant.
