i am working on noise level prediction, all needed data has been collected. the permissible exposure limit and recommended exposure limit noise level has also been determined. i want to predict the noise level for the next 10-20 years with Artificial neural network model, please i need help. thanks

My suggestion to build a good model is to carefully analyze the phenomenon and determine what essential components you should include and what can be ignored. Beware that ANN models are sometimes misleading (if they are blindly used), even if they are successfully trained. The exogenous factors and the structure should be chosen very carefully. So it comes first to find the leading causes of the noise.

From my perspective, you can run deep layered RNN/LSTM-based nets and train with a larger dataset (80%).
