How do I create one bed, bim and fam file using data genotyped by different beadchips?

I have received raw data for different cattle breeds from services provider. However the data for each breed is genotyped using different beadchip the other one is 7k, 150k 50k and 777k. I managed to make ped and map files the next step is to create 1bim,bed and fam file of which im struggling how can i go about that so I can start doing quality control.
