I have conducted a experiment to investigate impact of varying pH and temperature on ingestion rate of copepod. I used 4 different species of phytoplankton Dunaliella sp, Isochrysis sp, Pavlova sp, and Chlorella sp. I calculated ingestion rate and egg production of copepod reared under different pH, temperature, and algae. I need to include algae's growth in response to varying pH and temperature in the manuscript. Also, it seems that linear plot should be plotted using algae growth. If you don't mind, could anyone please suggest me some way in expressing algae's growth in response to different treatments? Also, regarding data I used separate bottles with algae(control) and algae+copepod(Test) for ingestion rate calculation (Frost, 1972).

Try plotting the natural log of your data, the initial slope of this line can be used to compare growth rates of different treatments
you could use natural log and time: ln(day_final)-ln(day_beginning)/(t_final-t_beginning), time is just a number of days or if you want to be more precise you can calculate the exact time (if you have the exact timing e.g. 5.88 days instead of 6 days).
