How do I analyze the data of the DNA fragments shown to me on the capillary electrophoresis?

I have experimented with alternative splicing in Exon 11 BRCA1, and I need to know how I can provide analysis and count my bp.

We used two methods for gel, one regular and one automated by Qiagen QIAxcel Advanced System.
