CAR-T cells need to cross the BBB to effectively attack tumor cells, but there are currently few strategies that can stably and efficiently allow CAR-T cells to cross the blood-brain barrier. Are there new ways to temporarily open the BBB or enhance the brain penetration of CAR-T cells?
