How crucial is it to stimulate mouse hepatocytes with murine recombinant TNFa and not human recombinant TNFa?

I am stimulating primary hepatocytes with TNFa and evaluating the expression of key genes; however I have been using recombinant human TNFa on mouse hepatocytes. I am not sure whether I should observe an upregulation of these genes, and consequently I am not sure as to whether if no no changes whether these results are reliableor due to my use of a mrTNFa.
