Hi,

You could change the particle radius and the type (sphere, cylinder or flake) if you want in COMSOL, inside porous electrode configuration. You define that parameter for the whole electrode.

If you want to make an analysis of the surface of your electrode, you could use a SEM image to create a micro scale numerical simulation (see attached article).

If you need a 3D model, you could also make a 3D image as the abstract attached.
