How could I consider a schottky contact between semicondutor and copper in modeling an electrochemical etching cell?

Hi, I want to model electrochemical etching of semiconductor (Si) in an electrochemical cell. How to consider a Schottky contact between back plate contact (copper) and semiconductor in my model? I am using COMSOL software too.
