I think i find the answer of the above question! so i share that for whom are interested in this topic:

you should define 3 distinct Velocity boundary conditions for three states of X-fixed, Y-fixed, Z-fixed. then apply all of them, of course individually and separately, to the edges of your model.

The ansys autodyn interface is quite same apdl and you have to just defind condition on respective direction usually called it as degree of freedom for knowing more details about it then i suggest you go through manual so you ill able to know the way to program code for boundary condition.
