You can use journal finder or Journal Author/Name Estimator (JANE). These will help you determine a target journal for your manuscript, based on relevance, impact factor and related published articles. These databases will usually not highlight predatory or counterfeit journals.

Dear you have to log into scopus , clarivate site and you could easily search for the issn of the journal you are interested in if it is in the data base of theses sites or not
