If it is the path diagram you are looking to copy from AMOS to Word, if you open the file in AMOS and get the diagram you are wanting, simply click anywhere on the diagram (to make sure the correct window is selected), and then press CTRL-C (or press the button on the left that says"copy path diagram to clipboard", and then simply press CTRL-V (or click a paste button) in Word.
It depends on where the model shows up. If it is in the output as a table, you should be able to double-click on the table, copy the text, and paste it (not as an object). If the model is in the syntax, you need to open the syntax window or else use the "Copy Syntax" to have it show up in the output. If by model you mean the actual graphic, you may need to reconstruct it in Word, though.

Your question: How can we use the model obtained through AMOS software in word format?

After find the analysis, put cursor on the required table in the result and click the mouse cursor right side, then you can find the copy option. Choose it and put the cursor in the word file and paste it safely.
It is very easy. If you take diagram straight from the panel i.e. Ctl+C and Ctl+V you may end up with a murky figure. Better use print option (left side of the panel). Choose "Save to File" in PDF format. Open the saved document with any decent PDF viewer. Finally use "SnapShot" option. This might be able to give nice looking production quality reproducible graph/diagram.
