In general the data reported in the PDF database are classified with an asterisk (those of better quality coming from experimental data) or those calculated from the lattice parameters. In addition, if the peak positions are determined by an indexing process, a figure of merit is also reported to help you in determine the quality of the data. You can also check that the reported data refer to a material obtained with a synthesis similar to that you used, you should also evaluate the T and pressure of data collection, also check that the wavelenght is the same of your collection... consider that the calculated cards are in general most complete than the experimental ones
