Hello guys,
I got a 3D confocal image with Mosaic Stitching mode (using Multi Area Time Lapse) with Olympus FV1000.
How can I observe this image as 3D model on another computer (personal computer) by another program?
I searched on the internet, but I cannot have an exact answer.
Have you ever met this problem same my situation?
If yes, please give me some advice.

I am sure you are aware about FIJI (ImageJ). There are a few plugins for video analysis:

- https://forum.image.sc/ (a fantastic forum to ask questions about image analysis)
Not sure what type of analysis you want to perform.

I will check Time Series Analyzer on ImageJ, and put a question on the forum that you suggested.
When you generate these files what extension do these files have? I usually use Fiji to open my 3D time lapse movies. Please let me know if you need further insights into this.
(once you open your file using Fiji you will have to do a 'z project' if your file doesnt show you the z projection, followed by adjusting the image)
