Hello,

I am generating droplets with microfluidics devices; the microchannel is 5 microns wide and 5 microns deep.

However, I found some problems when I try to test devices with a needle. When I observed under a microscope, the microchannel is so dirty and was blocked by dust.

Besides, the attached of PDMS piece and slide glass sometimes with oxygen plasma process is ineffective (I try 100W as a power with 1 ~ 5 mins and heat treatment 60C overnight).

What do other researchers use to clean the microchannel and bond the device?

Any suggestions on how I can solve my issue?

Thank you for your help!
