How can we manage sunflower oil waste from Feed factory? do you guys know any microbiological cultures solution for that?

We store sunflower oil in plastic cisterns; we want to wash this cisterns time to time, to store these sunflower oil in clean conditions; But there are no services provided for utilising the water after washing oil cisterns.
