Such as analysis cannot be carried out at a University and cannot be object of questionnaire. As far as within the framework of the Laws valid for many EU Countries any questions associated with the personality, for instance, religion believes, political orientation, sexual orientation, any personal data (ID, financing, etc.), etc. are compulsory forbidden to be asked/discussed, etc. with the students.
The topic of communication with the students is strictly limited to the matter of the Chemistry.
Thank you for your reply. I have rephrased the question for further clarity.
University students’ attitudes to gender equality and gender stereotyping have been studied using a survey questionnaire. For example, Andersson et al. (2012) have measured Dutch and Swedish medical students’ assumptions about gender by the validated Nijmegen Gender Awareness in Medicine Scale (N-GAMS). I was wondering if a similar scale has been developed in the STEM context.

At present, I have not come across such study on awareness of gender equality of chemistry students at university level. Being a professor of chemistry, this work draws my attention also. I think you can develop questionnaire for survey. For this you can take help of some experts teaching chemistry to students at university level as they might be having some observations about the inclusiveness related to gender and receptiveness of both the genders in group work related to chemistry projects. You can consult psychologists also who are engaged in doing research work. They can give suggestions on behavioral indicators related to mindsets of science students for equality of both the genders in chemistry.
. After that you can try that on some students , analyze their responses and refine accordingly. Then, you can administer that on large scale. My observation is that some chemistry students have gender stereotyping , especially related to performing chemistry practicals.
