Seems like some adults begging at traffic intersections and streets are using children to gain sympathy to gain more money from doners.
This is a major problem for these children, who may be suffering from harsh circumstances in the process, and depriving them from enjoying a normal childhood.
Giving them money may just make things worse, as this act of kindness would support the abusive adult rather than the child herself/himself.
However, some children and parents may be actually in desperate need for something to eat or a medicine to buy.
What can we do to help these maltreated children?
The problem is complex and it has many dimensions; Laws, society can help to improve situations for these children, We can provide them education in evening schools, if they have to work in morning (without fees, free books, clothes, food), on individual level, organizational level, government can play role to stop begging of children while eliminating the root causes of all situations that leads to begging (situations vary from context to context). Due to poverty, if they have to work, then financial help to their families can make things better for these kids (families that really deserve like orphans, widows).
Psychoeducational public campaigns would raise awareness and help prevent such inhuman acts!
Thus, reducing the phenomenon of begging children, women in the streets, roads and markets, is true that it is the responsibility of society as a whole. The emergence of children, women or disabled people resorting to public places and main streets and taking a place to beg are negative indicators of real problems In the structure of the social, political and economic system. But it is primarily the responsibility of governments, not the responsibility of a particular individual or entity. Why? Because these people, regardless of their causes, are becoming a negative phenomenon, spreading rapidly and needing to find realistic solutions, in isolation from their other causes.

What about giving these children something that they can benefit from directly, like a food or drink, a clothing... instead of money that may go to their superior?
Child education may contribute significantly to solving this problem. Also, Mohamad-Hani Temsah giving them food instead of money will still motivate their superiors as they also do it for both food and money. As such, appropriate laws to enforce child education is key to solving this problem.
I think most of his beggars are managed in an organized way. I think it's wrong to give money because it will make the situation worse. I think providing education is necessary, but not enough. Among the uncontrolled migrants, there are also some beggars with children. It is a complex problem.
I do not know the right answer, I think that providing meals at school will get the children to school and hopefully help them to learn a trade. At least it keeps them off the streets and gives them food. The government and charities should get involved to help, I don't know what that entails exactly.
